Boxing Pensacola is a professional wrestling facility located in the southern part of Florida. It was founded back in the early 1990’s as a company owned by Randy “Theodor Seuss” Seuss. The city is about 90 minutes from Orlando and has two professional wrestling venues, the arena named the WEC in Oviedo, FL and the bar called The Venue. In addition to the two wrestling venues, it also has a handful of community centres, high schools, and junior high schools.

Boxing Pensacola is run through a chain of companies called Pensacola Pro Wrestling Entertainment, which handles all booking of events. A large portion of their business is centered around television and they have agreements with several national cable television stations to televise local events in the Florida area. They also own and manage their own websites, which give details of where they will be on television and when. They have brought in some big names in wrestling to run their promotions including Triple A, RVD, Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Ricochet, and commentator Jim Ross. They have a record breaking number of buys in the Carolinas, New Jersey, Maryland and Massachusetts and have put together a six figure yearly contract with Continental Airlines for their national TV broadcast deals.

The city of Pensacola itself has a vibrant and diverse population. It is the southern most point in Florida and is bordered by the Wakapono River and the Escambia National Forest. Pensacola is also home to the “College of Southern Florida”, which is an affiliate of the Atlantic Coast Conference. Pensacola is known to draw a large number of wrestlers from across the United States of America and other countries as well, due to its professional wrestling scene and popularity. Pensacola is the home of the annual Southern Florida Superfest which is an all-star affair featuring top names in the wrestling business and other sports. Pensacola is also one of the top destinations for film projects, music producing, and other entertainment projects from Florida.
